February – March
Throughout this season, Empire will be based in Tasmania, a destination brimming with natural beauty and adventure. From the stunning curves of Wineglass Bay to the historic charm of Port Arthur, and the wild wonders of Bruny Island, there's so much to explore. Keep an eye out for an array of marine life — including migrating whales making their way north.
April
Finishing off the summer season, Empire will be based in Sydney. The city's vibrant boating culture offers a variety of unique on-water experiences across the iconic Sydney Harbour, the scenic Hawkesbury River, and surrounding coastal regions.
May – June
Empire will be available for charter around Moreton Island (Mulgumpin), Fraser Island (K'gari), and as far north as Lady Musgrave Island — perfect for exploring Queensland’s pristine waters and marine life.
JULY – SEPTEMBER
Capitalising on the idyllic winter boating conditions of South-East Queensland, Empire remains available for charter during this period. Guests can enjoy warm, sunny days and excellent opportunities for whale watching as humpback whales migrate along the coast.
OCTOBER – MID-DECEMBER
Charters continue around Moreton Island (Mulgumpin), Fraser Island (K'gari), and Lady Musgrave Island, offering guests extended opportunities to enjoy the beauty of these world-class cruising destinations.
LATE DECEMBER – JANUARY
Returning to Sydney for the summer season, Empire will once again offer charters in the harbour city. Enjoy the festive energy and spectacular on-water events across Sydney Harbour, the Hawkesbury River, and nearby regions.

How do I book a charter?
Booking is simple:

What’s included in the charter price?
Typically included:
- Private use of the yacht
- Professional crew (captain and stewardess/deckhand)
Additional costs (if applicable) may include fuel, food & beverages, dockage fees, taxes, and optional activities.
Are food and drinks included?
We offer customisable catering options, from gourmet meals to casual snacks.
Packages may include an open bar or BYOB, depending on the charter type and cost structure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you may bring your own items on select charters. However, please inform us in advance.
Do I need a boating license or experience?
No license is required. All charters include a professional captain and crew to ensure
your safety and enjoyment.
What should I bring on board?
We recommend:
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- Swimwear and towels
- Light jacket for evenings
- Camera or smartphone
Shoes are not allowed to be worn while on board.
